I never suspected that underneath my frazzled, suburban wife and mother exterior, beat the heart of a steamy romance novelist; until I began writing My BFF after this story started unexpectedly winding through my mind at all hours of the day and night. It seemed the only way to exorcize it from my brain was to write it down. It took two years and three computer crashes, but I am immensely proud of the end result and exceedingly grateful to the various editors and cheerleaders who helped along the way.

Be warned: In my writing I like to take Jane Austen's main characters and explore the 'what if's' of changed events in other places and/or times. Whether Regency, Modern, or sometime beyond, I take a lighter, funnier approach to storytelling. I hope you enjoy the fruits of my passion (as well as Mr. Darcy's!) and more than anything else, I hope you smile!
